Orders can take up to four weeks to reach you, as there may be delays in shipping or production. If you haven't received your order yet or haven't received a response from the store within four weeks of placing the order, you can try to report a problem with your order using this form. If this store uses Shopify, your report will be sent directly to that store so they can continue to help you. After four weeks, I also recommend that you contact the bank or credit card company you used for the purchase.
They often have systems in place to help in situations like this. I can't help but feel like the international shipping program is a big scam just to pocket the shipping costs.
